以上是我个人一点看法,至于客户反馈的质量问题,据我们多年来统计,真正属于产品本身内在质量的并不多见,问题大多数出在客户在使用(组装)过程中由于受条件限制而出现的测量误差,这时候与客户的良好沟通非常重要。但如果是真正出现了产品质量问题,我们会采取积极应对措施去改进,保证产品质量让客户真正满意。
