To whom it may concern,
I am writing to you to complain about the mobile phone Model Sokia 01, that I bought from your shop in this May. Before the purchase I was told by your salesman that it is a new model. It has malfunctioned less than a week since the purchase. So far it has been sent back twice for servicing, but still cannot perform normally. I want to have it to be replaced, or to have a full refund.
