术后鸽子汤的做法

用料

乳鸽    2只    

大枣    10颗    

葱    1段    

姜    3片    

枸杞    20颗    

盐    1小勺    

香油    1/2小勺    

步骤

1.鸽子处理干净,然后用清水冲洗干净。

2.烧开一壶水,将鸽子汆烫下并清洗,处理好的鸽子放进锅里。

3.放入切好的葱段、姜片,加入大半锅水开火。

4.红枣和枸杞事先用清水浸泡。

5.等到锅里水烧开,用大勺将锅中的浮沫打出。

6.放入大枣。

7.转最小火慢慢炖煮2小时。

8.2小时后,鸽子基本炖好,将泡好的枸杞放入锅中。

9.加入1小勺盐和几滴香油,接着炖煮15分钟。

10.15分钟后,即可关火喝汤吃肉。
