加入面粉,淀粉,白糖。淀粉的作用是黏起每一个地瓜丁,煎起来不至于会散。白糖的话根据个人喜好来,不用放太多,毕竟地瓜本身也是微微甜的嘛。

加水拌匀,不要太稠,也不要太稀,像我这种感觉的就可以啦

带上塑料手套,拍成小饼,尽量不要太多,然后记得拍扁一点,这样熟的会均匀,不会出现中间不熟的情况。然后平底锅放油,煎,一定要成型了再翻面哦,不然就会很容易“解体”咯。

最后的成品啦!因为是用电磁炉,火候不是特别好控制,所以有些稍微糊了,但真的很好吃!外酥里嫩,有着地瓜的香气,一定要趁热吃!
