Good morning, my name is jack, it is really a great honor to have this opportunity for a interview, I would like to answer whatever you may raise, and I hope I can make a good performance today, eventually enroll in this prestigious university in september. now I will introduce myself briefly,I am 21 years old,born in heilongjiang province ,northeast of china,and I am curruently a senior student at beijing XX uni.my major is packaging engineering.and I will receive my bachelor degree after my graduation in june.in the past 4 years,i spend most of my time on study,I have passed CET4/6 with a ease. and I have acquired basic knowledge of packaging and publishing both in theory and in practice. besides, I have attend
several packaging exhibition hold in Beijing, this is our advantage study here, I have taken a tour to some big factory and pany. through these I have a deeply understanding of domestic packaging industry. pared to developed countries such as us, unfortunately, although we have made extraordinary progress since 1978,our packaging industry are still underdeveloped, mess, unstable, the situation of employees in this field are awkard. but I have full confidence in a bright future if only our economy can keep the growth pace still. 心中有阳光的人才能为他人带来阳光。人，究其一生都在追寻阳光。然而，在追逐阳光的过程中人总是会遇到莫大的挫折与困难，总是有不可知的困扰或灾难等待着人类，当面对这些时，人类该如何如面对？让黑暗吞噬我们还是继续用黑色的眼睛去寻找光明？当然是寻找光明，然而作出如此选择以及能继续寻找光明是需要强大的内心力量的。所以教育的第一要务是要让学生拥有一颗强大的内心，一颗能追寻人生阳光的心灵。
作为一名一线教育工作者，我深深地体会到心灵教育的任重道远。心灵如水，教育对其塑形尤其难，同时对教师的素养要求也较高，因为学生之心灵究竟是一潭清水还是浊水，与教育者也有着一定的关系。
班主任工作中，我十分重视学生心灵之教育。
入学伊始，我讲述励志性故事来培养学生积极向上，乐观热情的生活态度，营造昂扬的学习氛围。讲故事是人类有史以来最为经典的教育方式。第一节课我给学生讲述一个哲理故事：雨后，一只蜘蛛艰难地向墙上支离破碎的网爬去，由于墙壁潮湿，它爬到一定的高度，就会掉下来，它一次次地向上爬，一次次地又掉下来……第一个人看到了，他叹口气，自言自语：“我的一生不正如这只蜘蛛吗？忙忙碌碌而无所得。”于是，他日渐消沉。第二个人看到了，他说：“这只蜘蛛真愚蠢，为什么不从干燥的地方绕一下爬上去？我可不能像它那样愚蠢。”于是，他变得聪明起来。第三个人看到了，他立刻被蜘蛛屡败屡战的精神感召。于是，他变得坚强起来。讲故事后，学生在自我介绍中便写道：我要像第二个人变得聪明；有的学生写到他希望以后变得更加坚毅。
高中阶段是新的学习阶段，高中生容易陷入迷茫状态，作为教师要时时提醒学生敢于拥有梦想，敢于用行动去实现梦想，同时坚信梦想是可以实现的。周星驰的电影台词“没有梦想和咸鱼有什么区别”，学生表示认同；同时讲述阿姆斯特朗的故事以鼓励他们敢于拥有梦想，且不要给他人的梦想泼冷水，要鼓励身边的同学去实现梦想。故事大概如此：有位妈妈在厨房洗碗，她听到小孩在后院蹦蹦跳跳玩耍的声音，便对他喊道：“你在干嘛？”小孩回答：“我要跳到月球上！”你猜妈妈怎么说？她没有泼冷水，骂他“小孩子不要胡说”或“赶快进来洗干净”之类的话，而是说：“好，你去吧，但要记得回来喔！”这个小孩便是第一位登陆月球的阿姆斯特朗。
班主任工作中，班主任要意识到沟通的重要性。如果一个孩子生活在批评之中，他就学会了谴责；如果一个孩子生活在鼓励之中，他就学会了自信；如果一个孩子生活在讽刺之中，他就学会了害羞；如果一个孩子生活在认可之中，他就学会了自爱。黄xx同学便是在鼓励和认可的氛围中重新寻回自信，并且考试成绩优异。新生报到时，我发现黄xx同学害羞，没有自信，不敢直视老师的眼睛。作为班主任，我希望学生都能有新的美好的改变。我任命黄xx为班级生活委员，交给她简单任务，她完成较为出色，我表扬她聪明干练。一次家长会后，她的母亲特意向我道谢，说黄xx开始变得喜欢学校，老师和班集体，也变得越来越乐观了。
张xx同学也是一位变化显著的学生。入校时，他摇头晃脑，左顾右盼，经常“肚子疼痛”。我坚信学生的心灵是美好的，只是个人习惯欠佳。我希望每位学生首先能关注自身之美，逐渐完善自我。语文课上，只要我发现他有回答正确的苗头，我便点名提问他。我静静等待他破茧成蝶的一天。一次语文考试后，在全班较少及格的情况下，他考试及格了。一下课，他开心地说“老师，我及格了。”我捕捉到了欣喜与自信。但有一次，他上课看课外读物被科任老师逮个正着，课后科任老师告知我，我没有点名批评他，只是在班会课上重申禁止上课看课外读物。当天晚上，他收到他的短信：“老师，是我数学课上看课外读物了，老师，相信我，我以后不会了。”我回信：“老师一直相信你能做得很好，继续加油喔！”。慢慢地，他已然是积极参加班级活动、认真学习的孩子了。期中考试他前进了15名。
心灵不在它生活的地方，而在它所爱的地方。学生的心灵有爱，有阳光才能使他们的青春年华如夏花般灿烂。教师要把缕缕阳光散入学生心田，让他们拥有美丽心灵，用美丽心灵映照出美丽世界。
