、对文章进行仔细和全面的检查，可以通过“注释”-“注释和标注工具”中的高亮、删除线和下划线标注工具或者其他工具对需要修改的地方进行标注，标注完毕后保存稿件的pdf文件。
2、在query表中列出稿件中要修改的错误以及如何修改。可以将author queries的pdf文件识别为word文档填写，也可用专业版的acrobat在pdf文件中直接修改。最后在给编辑回信的时候把标注后的pdf稿件文件和author queries表一起作为附件返回。
