关于付款问题，我已经找老板申请，上头同意订金付20%，但余款需要贵司在收到我司的清单发票 FA 提单扫描件 后7天内付清，我司收到款后将寄出正本文件。但因为公司货期55天除了要求要收到贵司的订金同时也要收到贵司的所有订单细节，包括产品LOGO要求，产品外包装等资料，才能保证交期。若是因为这些细节未及时确认就算收到订金也不能安排生产。所以请先提供订单的详细要求，我司才能正常安排。也才能签署您提供的合同。

As for payment term, I have applied to my boss and he agrees with 20% deposit first. But the balance must be paid within 7 days after receiving Packing List, Commercial Invoice and FA Copy. And the original shipping doc. will be sent after balance payment received.
As for delivery days in 55 days, pls kindly note we start time counting after receiving deposit and all relative files of the order, including LOGO, products specification, and packing details. Or we can't promise the delivery time, moreover, we won't arrange producing without all files clear, even if having already get the deposit.
