春夜喜雨
Delighting in Rain on a Spring Night

好雨知时节，
Good rain knows the season,
当春乃发生。
Promoting the growth of plants in spring.
随风潜入夜，
In the breeze it sneaks in at night,
润物细无声。
Moistening things gently and silently.
野径云俱黑，
Dark clouds hanging over the country lanes ,
江船火独明。
The light on the river boat glows alone.
晓看红湿处，
At dawn red blossoms with rainwater come into sight,
花重锦官城。
And heavy flowers are everywhere in the Brocade Officials City.
译文
好雨应会挑选时辰，
降临在万物萌生之春。
和风细雨进入夜幕。
滋润万物细细无声。
乌云笼罩田间小路，
江船渔火独放光明。
天明可见红花带雨，
成都处处草绿花红。
