Your offer must include all the following points (Specially item no. 15):

1. Unit price, total FOB, fright charges& total CFR prices in Euro currency to be mentioned separately.

2. Port of shipment to be mentioned.

3. Name of manufacturer to be specified.

4. Country of origin/origins must be specified.

5. Validity of your offer should not be less than 1 month after closing date of receiving your offer.

6. Third party inspection Co by I.E.I (Iranian inspection Co) must be included in your offer.

Inspection cost to be paid by the seller.

7. In case of shipment by vessel, shipment must be done by IRISL (Iranian shipping line).

8. The shortest delivery period to be considered.

9. Payment terms by unconfirmed irrevocable and transfered L/C.

10. Performance Bank Guarantee equal to 5% of your total CFR price is required by L/C terms

to make L/C operative. Kindly confirm your acceptance.

11. The indicated standards in respective inquiry are necessary to be provided by the supplier and

they have been also mentioned in technical & commercial proposal.

12. Type of package and weight to be mentioned.

13. Mill test certificate must be presented by supplier.

14. Commercial & Technical offer must include all required items.
