I have been Ningxia University for a long time. (Ningxia University 前应加介词 in 或 at，at...表示“在...就学/工作”)
There are lots of interesting things around me every day. Now , let me tell you something about that.
At Ningxia University, I got along well with lots of Chinese students , （上文中已经提到 I have been ...，说明是迄今为止，所以此处的 get along with 也应该表示到现在为止一直在进行，改为 have been getting along with ...,表示从过去到现在而且还有继续进行下去）
and we (改为 have been learning) from each other. （以下可以转为一般现在时）I also （从修辞角度看，also 改为 often更妥）introduced （改为一般性在时 introduce）many good ways to learn English for my chinese classmates （introduce sth. to sb. 或introduce sb. sth. 这是双宾语。而不是 introduce sth. for sb.）and I often help them practice their English spoken. Last month, I visited Sha Lake and Helan Mountain，and I ate many delicious food, I enjoyed myself there.
I have been in Ningxia for five months. I made friends with a lot of Chinese people. I enjoy living here. I hope I can learn more Chinese and visit more interesing places here.

In Ningxia University, I get along well with lots of Chinese students, and we learn from each other. I also introduce many good ways to learn English to my Chinese classmates and I often help them practice their spoken English. Last month, I visited Sha Lake and Helan Mountain，where I ate many delicious food and I enjoyed myself so much.
I have been in Ningxia for five months. I have made a lot of Chinese friends here and they are pretty friendly to me. I enjoy living here. I hope I can learn more Chinese and visit more interesing places here.
