7.Do you think early employment can build character? Why or Why not?
I think early emplyment can build character. First of all, getting employed in early time will expose the person to know more people. Meet different people and talk to them is a good way to learn, and it will help the person to build his own character. Secondly, it is a good way to build confidence by having a job. It feels good when one can provide himself. Another thing is, getting into a career in early days may help the person getting to know the industry better. It will affact his dicisions for future plans.
8.What suggestions will you put forward students planning to work part-time?
There are three suggestions I want to offer to my students. First, make sure it fits your schedule. Before you getting into any part-time jobs, make sure you and your boss are both clear about your schedule. Make sure it won't affact your more important tasks such as school classes. Second, don't take people's words too seriously. You may sometimes get caught in a custormer or coworker's bad mood and they may say something hash to you, make sure you don't take that seriously, focus on what you do. Last but not least, communication is the key, it is important to keep a good relationship with your boss and coworkers. Good communication will make it easier when sometime you need help.
9.What do you think causes the differences in behavior and communications styles between men and women?
10.Can the other generation be true friends with the younger generation? Why or why not?
There is no reason why other generation can't be true frend with the younger generation. I think it based on many factors, such as trust, respect, and open mind. A true friendship is based on trust. Usually more experienced people don't trust less experienced ones on their dicisions. If the more experienced one can remember when he/she was younger and can give suggestions to the younger generation with respect, it will be a bonding oppertunity. Each generation must have it's own limitations. It is important to keep a open mind. Keep learning from each other is a good way to build a true friendship. In conclusion, true friendship between generations maybe difficult sometime but defintely is possible.
