产地:埃塞俄比亚,具有独特香气,中度烘培有柔和的酸味,深度烘培则散发出浓郁香味,偶尔会作为调酒用。
用咖啡机萃取出25cc的浓缩咖啡。如不方便可以用速溶咖啡替代。

取牛奶200ml,用奶泡机打出细腻的奶泡后倒入咖啡原液中。

上面挤上新鲜的奶油就OK了;如果喜欢,可以拉花装饰:在奶油表面用巧克力酱挤出2个同心圆圈,然后用一根竹签,从圆心向外分别划5下,在第一次画出的两个尖中间,再用竹签由同心圆的外面向圆心分别划5下。
