Wuthering' being a significant provincial adjective 是独立主格结构。逻辑主语Wuthering+v-ed或者v-ing，表示状态或者伴随。to which 定语从句相当于where。或者把to调到后面的exposed 后面。

wuthering' 后面是不是应该有个s. 不然这就不是句子了，木有谓语喔~追问

就是没有S啊，实际上是“wuthering” being a siginifsent.....我也觉得很confused
