As we know,it is pretty importent for us to keep in good health.Doing more exercise is a good way to stay healthy,so i exercise every day.
My favorite sport is running.I get up at a quarter past six every morning.Then,i go to a park.In the park,i always do some running for enty minutes with my friends .After running,i go home to eat breakfast,and then i run to school.
I run to school and do exercise every dey.So you see ,i am pretty strong and tall.
At last ,l want to say running is good for us,so let us do more exercise!

大家都知道，对于我们来说保持身体健康相当重要。多做运动是保持健康的一种好方式，所以，我每天都运动。
我最喜欢的运动是跑步。我每天早上六点十五分起床。之后我去公园。在公园中，我总是和我的朋友一起跑二十分钟。跑步之后，我回家吃早餐，然后跑着去上学。
我每天都跑着去上学并且做运动。因此，你能看出，我相当强壮相当高。
最后，我想说的是跑步对我们有好处，所以让我们多做运动吧！

Every morning, I will wake up early and then do some exercise. I like running very much, so I will run around my house. Running on the street and park, I can see the city in its morning face, the street is so quiet, some people are dancing, some are walking. I have a lot of hobbies,such as playing badminton,playing the piano,and swimming.i really like swimming because i enjoy the feeling in the cool water.i love to swim in summer.under the hot sunshine and dive into the cool water.the feeling is really nice.i like freestyle.i swim well.i also win a lot of prizes.i want to be a swimmer and my dream is to win a gold medal in the Olympics.

小狗性格温顺，是个看家的能手，记得有一次，我和爸爸妈妈出去爬山，因为怕有坏人到家里来偷东西，就把小狗留在家里看家，我们走了一会儿，就有个坏人想到家里来偷东西，刚到门口，小狗见他鬼鬼祟祟的，就知道他是坏人，便“汪汪汪”的叫了起来，那个坏人见了，不仅不想走，还想打小狗的主意，小狗见他还不走，就咬了坏人的脚一口，坏人疼得嗷嗷嗷叫，只能逃之夭夭了，这段情景被听到狗叫才赶来的李阿姨看见了，等我们回来后，李阿姨就全都告诉了我们，我们听了，准备给小狗开个盛宴，让它吃个饱，妈妈做完了饭，我拿了个鸡腿放进小狗的饭碗里，小狗舔了一舔鸡腿，汪汪汪地叫了起来，好像在说：“谢谢你，小主人。”我听了，高兴的笑了。
