出国留学安全事项
一、戒心不可少
很多留学生刚刚开始在海外的生活，因为与本国人比较容易交流，往往优先结交了很多本国朋友，在此要提醒广大留学生，在结交朋友的时候一定要小心谨慎。“害人之心不可有，防人之心不可无”。
二、头脑要清醒
在国外，常常会见到一些宗教活动或宗教组织，他们以各种形式宣扬自己的宗教信仰，进行传教。身在异国他乡，相关的宗教活动要谨慎参与。在海外的留学生对于宗教问题一定要保持清醒的认识，对于任何宗教组织的任何宗教活动都不要发表不负责任的过激言论。
三、交友要慎重
进入国外学校后，应该尽快向就读学校的中国留学生同学会报到，以便迅速获得生活协助。切勿单独与网友见面，同时不要轻易向新朋友泄露自己的联系方式、住址等个人信息。
四、出行要结伴
白天出门，尽量与朋友在一起。晚上最好不要出门，不要独自走僻静的小巷或人少的街区，出门要随身携带手机，如果感觉有人跟踪，立即报警。很多被害中国留学生被害事件都有一个共同的特点，就是当事人深夜独自出门。出门前，要把出行信息告知老师或朋友。
五、遇险要冷静
一旦遭遇危险，一要沉着冷静，二要及时寻求援助。平时应了解学校的紧急联系电话和联系人、居住地附近的报警电话号码、当地中国使领馆的电话号码等，遇到危险，要及时取得联系，寻求帮助。
