为充分发挥M/B复相组织的优良性能,应尽可能减少片状石墨引起的减缩、割裂等作用。 采用降低C、Si含量,调整Si/C、添加硅钙孕育剂进行孕育处理、微合金化以及使用冷铁,加快凝固冷却速度等办法,以细化、钝化、均化片状石墨。在此基础上,采用铬、钼、铜或者镍、钼低合金化并结合一定热处理工艺获得马氏体/下贝氏体复相灰铸铁。并且镍钼M/B复相灰铸铁淬火组织中含有少量“白亮区”聚集在共晶团边界,主要由残余奥氏体和高碳马氏体组成。下贝氏体形核最先发生在片状石墨/奥氏体界面,并且沿片状石墨尖部扩展方向由于位错密度比较高也利于贝氏体在此处形核。温度稍低时在奥氏体边界也就是“白亮区”附近也有下贝氏体形核。The structure features, strengthening machenism and wear resistance of martensite/bainite(M/B) dual-phase grey cast iron have been studied in this article.
