I believed that all of youhave ever complained that wearing school uniform is really boring. There isalways a great debate on whether high school student should wear school uniformor not. As far as I am concerned, wearing uniform is a good idea.
Firstly, a uniformrepresents the school. A person wearing a set of uniform represents that he isa student. Just as a doctor wearing his white jacket, when he puts on hisjacket, it means that he is a doctor. It is the same as the police, lawyers andso on. Most of the jobs required employees to wear certain kind of uniform toshow their professionals. Students should also wear a school uniform toindicate their identity, and show the respect to their schools. Therefore, aschool uniform is necessary for students.
Secondly, uniform can showthe unity of school students. This can teach the students to learn disciplineand self-control.
The last but not the least,school uniform can also keep out some unnecessary disturbance on students’studies.
For example, if the studentsneed not to wear their school uniform. School will surely become a fashionshow. Students will compare their clothes and styles. This causes much harmlessto those students’ studies. Wearing uniforms, students don't need to buyfashion and expensive clothes, so that they will save money, which theirparents earn with a hard working.
Toput this aside, we assume that students will not tease at others. There isstill a very unhealthy phenomenon we need to look into. Students tend to spendmore time on choosing the clothes for school. America is a good example of not wearing uniform to school; however, itis found out that students spend more time on choosing clothes rather thanhaving a leisure breakfast. So it's not really wise to not wear school uniformto school.
As a conclusion, wearingschool uniform benefits a lot. so I strongly agree that students should wearuniform to school.
