We are now still looking further into all the items mentioned in the email. Enclosed please find the 8D report regarding. We will keep you updated of this. Besides, we have also compiled a checklist for any issues resulting from the factory side, which will be sent to the factory and your company.
As for the the spare parts problem, we will focus much more attention to resolve. But please also kindly understand the mainboard PCBA recycle practice of 30 days or so.

Things you metioned in your emial is on process because of some reason. About the reply please see attached file 8D report. Also, we will contact you immediately if there are any update. We have checked the list, and will handle it to you and your factory to consult soon.

We will pay attention on the spare parts, mainboard can not meet your need because of the PCBA cycle, it needs about 30 days.
