模拟电路求解

差动放大电路如图2所示。已知:+VCC = +15V,-VEE = -15V,UBE = 0.7V,β1 =β2 = 100,Rb = 2.7kΩ,Rc = 36kΩ,Re = 27kΩ,RL = 18kΩ,Rw = 100Ω,rbe = 10.3kΩ。求:1、电路静态工作点(IB1,IC1和UC1);2、双端输出时的Aud ,Rid 和Rod 。

1) Ic = Ib*β ; Ie1 = (1+β)*Ib  ;  Ie = 2*Ie1 ;  Uc1 = Vcc - Rc*Ic;

2) 计算静态工作点时,取 Ui1 = Ui2 = 0;

则:Ib*Rb + Ube + Ie1*Rw/2 + Ie*Re = Ui1 - Vee;

从而求出 Ib;

至于Aud ,Rid 和Rod 按教材,套用公式就是了;
