为什么此句型It is/ was not until + 被强调部分 + that + 其他部分只用until，不用till？

改为till也是可以的，但后面的句子必须是一个肯定句才行，例如：
It was not till her father 's death that she made her debut at a big party at the Ritz .
直到她父亲去世了她才在里兹饭店的大宴会上首次作社交性的露面。

It is /was not until +强调部分+that+其它。not until 结构的强调。
