摘要：本论文主要针对肩颈劳损，利用芳香精油热敷结合保健按摩进行护理。所选用的黑胡椒、葡萄柚和薰衣草这三种精油，具有止痛、抗痉挛、促进血液循环和缓解筋肉疼痛的作用，很适合用于调理肩颈劳损。保健按摩手法具有缓解肌肉痉挛、放松止痛、活血化瘀、消除肿胀、松解粘连等作用。12名模特均采用芳香精油热敷结合保健按摩的方法进行护理，隔两天护理一次，15次为一个疗程。通过一个疗程的护理，无效率为0%，有效率为75%，显效率为25%，康复率为0%，12名模特肩颈劳损的程度均得到改善，由此证明芳香精油热敷结合保健按摩调理肩颈劳损是可行的，操作流程规范后值得推广。

Extract(Main point): This article concentrates on Neck and shoulder damages and injuries. The treatment is applying on hot fragrance essence oil combines with health care massage. The ingredients consist of grapes, grapefruit and Lavender,three kinds of essence oil. Capable of soothing pain, resisting cramp, improving blood circulation and ease joints and muscle pain.suitable for treating neck and shoulder damages and injuries. The way of heath care massage could help to ease muscle cramps, relaxing and sooth pain, activating blood circulation and dissipate blood stasis. eliminating swellings, taking away the tenderness feelings. There were 12 volunteers all receiving fragrance essence oil applying on hot combining with health care massage. One treatment every other day, 15 treatments per course, after the complete treatment course, it shows that with no effects 0%, with effects 75%, with visible effects 25%, complete recovery 0%. The degrees of neck and shoulder damages and injuries of the 12 volunteers have been improved. Therefore fragrance essence oil applying on hot combining with health care massage is workable on such damages and injuries. It should be recommended after the operating process has been standardized.
