呵呵，应该是be filled with 吧，这和be full of 意思大致相仿，但有一定区别：
be filled with 表示动作，某个器皿、容器装入了某样东西：His mouth is filled with a piece of bread.他嘴里塞了一片面包。
be full of 表示状态，装满了东东：The jar is full of sweets so I can't put anything else in it. 罐子里装满了糖，我往里面装不了其他东西了。

没有be full with 的说法，
be full of 和be filled with 都是“充满，装满”的意思，可以互换
eg,The bottle is full of water.
The bottle is filled with water.
