3.鸡蛋加少量温水,鸡精打散。
4.先热油滑蛋,翻炒几下盛出待用。
5.再添少量油炒香菇。
6.加入青椒翻炒,放调味。
7.再放之前滑过的鸡蛋,翻炒出香味出锅。
8.装盘。
