我公司出口至上海的一批货物，由于不了解中国的国情与相关法律，没有对木托盘进行消毒、杀菌处理，对此我公司表示深深的歉意。目前我公司已经与收货人取得联系，收货人已经同意销毁木托盘。
我公司今后一定吸取教训，增强业务的学习，避免类似的事件发生。
