1. What is your education background?
I graduated from Fuzhou Health School in July 2007. My major is Health care. I am a secondary specialized student.
2. Have you studies ant relevant courses, if so what? What documents have you produce to demonstrate this?
Yes. I have studies health care in Fuzhou Health School for three years. In the school I have attended a lot of courses such as Basic Theory of Pharmacology, Pathology and Chinese Medicine, and International Medicine, surgery, Gynecology & Obstertrics and so on.
3. How is your proposed course structured and what subjects will you follow on the course?
The programme I chose in Grafton requires a minimum of 18 hours of study per week, including lectures, seminars, tutorials and direct study. Besides theories learning, this programme also includes social practices. I have found a job in Glebe House as Senior Care Assistant in England where I can do more practices in practical classes. So there I will learn the advanced health care theories as well as some social practices.
4. Why have you chosen to study abroad? How does this course differ from similar courses available in China?
England is famous for its education. And such courses in China are not that systematic as those in England. Also I want to be an excellent bilingual medical staff in China. Study in an English-speaking country is the best way to upgrade myself quickly.
5. How much money will you spend when you stay in UK?

6. Who is your sponsor?
Xue Huayu is my sponsor and she is my mother. Xue Huayu currently works in Fuqing Guanming Furniture Co., Ltd, as Sales Manager. Her annual income is around RMB 130,000(including bonus).
My parents are financially responsible for me only.
7. Why did you select your proposed course and how did you find out about it?
My parents and friends introduced this course to me and I check it for more details onine. I think the NVQ Level IV Health &Social Care course of Grafton College will help me with my English Improvement as well as the theory practice of the advanced foreign clinical experience.
