四、用法不同
break和rest名词都由“休息” 的意思，但是break原意是”打断”，引申含义是“在中间打断，休息一下，后面还要继续”。比如课间休息、会议中间的休息、电视节目暂时中断等。rest 表示的是工作、学习等累了，要休息。不表示休息之后还要接着做。例如：
