主料:牛肉馅200克、洋葱200克
辅料:酱油30毫升、盐适量、葱姜水适量
1、准备葱姜水,白洋葱,牛肉馅。葱姜水,就是几片姜,几段葱,加几粒花椒泡半个小时的水。

2、先加入15毫升的酱油,再加入60毫升的葱姜水。我这个勺,一勺是15毫升。

3、顺一个方向将肉馅拌匀,这时的水和酱油抽已经被肉馅完全吸收。

4、再加入一勺酱油,根据肉的情况再加入水,再次拌匀。因为我们所买的牛肉含水量不同,所以请根据情况加水。最后肉馅呈软软的,但非常有粘筋的状态就行了。
