Bill, who was thin but strong, looking far less than his 79 years, peered outside at the heat.

A light breeze was blowing from the north, making condition perfectfor the born.

Bill
是不是应该是 perfect for the born, 中间有个空格?

后面who was thin but strong是定语从句。looking far less tha 79 years
peered是谓语,而outside at the heat 是状语。
was blowing是谓语from the north是状语。
后面是由making引导的目的状语从句,同第一句一样,因为是前面a light breeze was blowing from the north 这种情况与make之间是主动关系,所以用现在分词形式

1、Bill(主语), who was thin but strong(who引导的非限制性定语从句), looking far less than his 79 years(动名词形式的插入语成分), peered outside at the heat(主句部分,at后边是地点状语).
2、A light breeze was blowing(主语、系动词、表语,主句) from the north(地点状语), making condition perfectfor the born(个人认为这个是结果状语)
