介词over表示时间时和during的区别

可不可以 over 1990s 或 over 1998
或 through/throughout 1990s

听朋友说,over 后面不接时间,我没听明白怎么回事？

讲解下 ,为什么over就不能接1990s over可以表示 在某段时间期间啊. during 就可以为什么over就不可以了,

一般是说 during the 1990s

可以这样说 over the 1990-2007 period

也可以说 through/throughout the 1990s 整个1990年代

in 表示时间,一天中一部分
during 在....期间/当...的时候
over 在···期间内
for 一段时间
in the morning.
during the night.
over the two days.
for 20 years.
表示时间时：during表示“在...期间”强调的是时间的长度
over 表示“多，超过”强调的是程度

over后只可以加sth，表示during sth，此时可与during互换。
深入一点，从原意来说：during有两个意思：1.all through a period of time:在（某段完整的时间）内，所以后面 跟时间，如：during the 1990s; 而over后则不能根时间。
2.at some point in a period of time:在……期间的某时候。
