我想说，我刚重装了操作系统，系统没有装DIrectx文件，而需要用到这个软件的xxxx软件没有自动帮我装这个文件。

I just reinstalled my OS.The Directx didn't have been installed,and the XXXXX didnt install it automatically.
然后我看着感觉不怎么对，因为这看着像完成时，完成时是没有didn't have been done这种用法的。
于是我又改成，
I just reinstalled my OS.The Directx wasn't installed,
但又觉着表达不出我原来的那个意思，而且我好像又经常看到have something done这类用法，而且这done有时候感觉像实意动词，有时候看着又像是形容词性，表示某个状态。
老师能给我解释一下吗？

如果你肯定你新装的系统没有DIrectx软件，而且你要用的这个软件必须通过DIrectx软件自行安装，你可以说： I just reinstalled my OS. But I noticed that the XXXXX was not installed automatically due to absence of the Directx in the newly installed OS.
你的这个句子只是陈述一个事实（现象），无需用完成时。
didn't have been done 是错误的表达。didn't 用于过去时，不能和 have been done 用在一起。have been done 的否定式是 have not been done。
I just reinstalled my OS.The Directx wasn't installed 表达正确。
