熟悉银行运营的朋友都知道,银行,特别是想汇丰,citi等这类国际知名银行都投入了很大成本致力于开发非人工业务系统,比如我们熟知的网上银行,电话银行,ATM等等,目的就是为了减少客户到现场的次数,降低银行的人工运营成本。
统计显示,登记注册这些非人工服务的客户可能高达95%以上,可是真正使用这些服务的,可能连20%都不到,当然造成之一局面的原因很多,如心理上不适应机器等等。
我的问题是,我目前如果在企业银行部门,也就是说我的客户是公司(非个人),请有经验的朋友帮我出谋划策,尽可能提出几点方法,使得上面那个比率能尽量提升,最好接近90%。
