In this paper, a high-speed railway project of GPS control network retest process on the system, a detailed description of the GPS measurement processes, but also on the relevant principles of GPS technology. This project after retest result of a comparison with the results and design and found that some of the points coordinates and design of test-retest differ materially from the coordinates. In order to find the cause of the problem and improve the reliability of test-retest data, the relevant parts of the project also conducted a second retest, retest results of the second part of the same points and show the results of poor design institute to be too large. Based on careful analysis of data research, arrive at the results caused by test-retest differences and the reasons for the outcome and Design Institute, and the corresponding solutions for the design of units of the reference to avoid errors due to point coordinates brought about by loss of the project.
