本人在学校学习中西两餐，学习方面成绩优秀，实践实习与XX酒店中厨房水台一年，工作能力与其正式员工相同，主要工作是各类禽畜以及海鲜的切配与腌渍，技术熟练，能够有续完成工作。
学习期间曾经被学校派往法国南特的La chaumiere des marais酒店学习实践一月时间；在XX实习中全面学习中餐内容。
我认为能够胜任XX酒店中餐的正式员工，并且能坚持自己在XX学习到的各项技能与理念，希望酒店能给予我一个展现自己的机会。

I have studied both Chinese and Western cuisines at school.I have excellent academic results.I did internship at the kitchen of xx Hotel for a year.My work capacity is equivalent to that of a regular staff.My main job was to cut and pickle all kinds of poultry and seafood.I am proficient at doing this and is able to complete my task meticulously.
I was sent by the school to the La chaumiere des marais Hotel in Nante(这个地名不确定)in France for a one-year internship when I was at school.During my internship there,I studied Chinese dishes comprehensively.
I think I am capable to become a regular staff member of the Chinese cuisine department of xxx Hotel and I will be able to apply the skills and concepts
that I have learnt at xxx.I hope that the hotel will give me a chance to showcase myself.
