怎么在外国学好英语?急死了!!

我刚来美国块一个月了,学校理有很多中国人!
我的听力不如正常人的那么好,所以我听的有些迷迷糊糊的.
我有心想学好.可是作业很多,我一直做到睡觉.我都没时间记单词.怎么办!!!
求助阿~
I know, I have a few friends who are American. But I'm afraid of that I can't communicate with them very well and they can't understand what I say.

你平时在家是可以播放英语video或tape听，听多了，一切问题都会解决，我现在正在使用这个方法来锻炼我的听力，其实你不一定要很认真的去听，只要你一直播放着它，不消多少时日，你的听力绝对很好
