Instrumentation
1. Jaw Crusher is not able to run in remote like other units - Instr

1. Strainers to be installed on all the sump pumps

1. Tertiary Crusher Feeder local switch panel is faulted – E Stop button does not function
2. Siren on CV 0026 does not sound long enough
WET SECTION OF THE PLANT
Instrumentation
1. Wet plant citect scada has lost communication….p1
2. Conditioning tank agitator is not able to run in remote
Mechanical
1. Trommel screens on both mills need to be unblinded and probably increases the holes to improve on the quality of scat discharge
2. Discharge pipe on 130pp051 (mill discharge pump) need to be patched
3. Suction valves on both mill discharge pumps (130pp051 & 130pp052) are too stiff to operate pneumatically
4. Discharge valves on both mill discharge pumps are too stiff and need to be changed….p1
5. Extension of the plat form on the same valves is required for easy access to the valves
6. Scats bunker need to be extended by a few centimetres to accommodate the bucket of the loader in the absence of a Bob cat
7. Inching gear on ball mill no. 2 is too stiff to move and need urgent attention…p1
8. Strainers on both sump pums under the ball mills need to be installed
9. Final concentrate feed pump 140pp162 was failing to pump at full capacity, impeller need to be checked
10. The larox feed pumps (150pp254 &pp255) were pumping under capacity and need a thorough check
11. Conditioning tank dilution water valve does not close fully and needs to be changed
12. Underflow line to mill one is hole at the elbow
13. The fire water line that run and ends above the tailings thickener need to be lowered and a valve installed to tap high pressure
water for horsing the two thickener bunds
Metallurgy
1. Spigots on all the cyclones are worn out and need to be changed
REAGENTS PLANT
Mechanical
1. Both compressors need service
2. Safety valve on the blowers is faulted and need to be changed
