1.不锈钢锅里放一点水煮干,主要是为了消毒。

2.把锅子甩干水,放入1克的酸奶菌、100克的奶粉、400克温水、20克白糖,搅拌均匀至白糖溶化(酸奶菌也可用酸奶代替)

3.把分装酸奶的容器先放微波炉高火10秒,取出后装入酸奶,并覆盖保鲜膜,再放到加水的烤盘里。放入烤箱选择发酵档,5-6小时即可。

4.从烤箱中取出的酸奶,再放入冰箱冷藏1小时以上,就可以吃了。(冷藏越久,酸奶越稠,更有老酸奶的口感)
