3、要做好招聘前的准备工作，认真设计自己的简历，从容应对招聘方的提问。
作为个人，还应该具备一定的职业规划、职业心态等个人职业生涯指导能力.有这些能力，不一定能满意就业，甚至无法就业，但没有这些能力，那么就业就真的是一个问题。
