“2010年，广州亚运使外国人都知道了广州这个美好的地方……”我坐在家里看电视,平时不关注新闻的我,现在才知道2010年亚运会将在广州举行。

那时我已经上初三了，广州现在的环境如此差，到那时，外国的朋友来到广州，还不被他们笑掉大牙？我不禁为广州的形象感到担心。

晚上，我躺在床上，正想象着2010年，广州的样子。渐渐的，我进入了梦乡……

我来到了2010年的广州，正坐在奥林匹克体育馆里观看紧张的羽毛球比赛，场内有不少的观众，各国的朋友都从四面八方而来。看完比赛，走出体育馆的大门，眼前的一切令我吃惊。马路边，一棵棵小树拔地而起；河涌里，再也没有臭气冲天的气味，水里还有一群群的小鱼了！广州的人民，改变了自己，给外国朋友一个美好的印象。只不过两年多，广州变化那么大，我真的不敢相信眼前的这一切。

回想起以前：人们把垃圾随地乱扔，现在即使有小部分人还是这样，但是，大部分人已经养成看见垃圾就顺手捡进垃圾筒的习惯。

我拉住了一位老爷爷问：“老爷爷，是什么使广州变得如此美丽呢？”老爷爷笑着回答我：“这也多亏政府了大力宣传和提倡，使人民渐渐意识到了自己过去的不良习惯的坏处，大家都在积极的改变自己，并把这些优良美德代代相传。环境变好了，违法犯罪事件也逐年减少，现在的百岁老人已经不是什么稀奇的事情了！”我不禁感叹：“啊！广州变了！变得美丽了！”
