suggest/request/demand + that + sb（should）do是固定用法
如果that从句的主语不是人则可以用must。例句：Economic professors at Baylor suggest that insurance reform must expand coverage to the uninsured 37 million Americans。

2. A.
his fear(of being fooled)had proved true是thought的宾语，字面意思是他害怕被愚弄的恐惧结果被验证了。

3. D.
第一空wake up to find表示一种出乎意料的结果，因为主语是they所以用to do不定式；第二空everything是change的宾语，所以要用ed形式,补充完整就是They woke up to find that everything around had been changed.他们一觉醒来结果发现周围一切都变了样。

4. C.
在哪都找不到比西湖更美丽的景色了。
个人认为外国人提问一般用I，比较符合英语说话习惯。如果是要用反问来表示强调的话就不如直接用C项好了。

这里省略了should。

你选B看做疑问句的话是不能倒装的。

1. suggest后面从句应为虚拟语气，应该用should do，should可以省略，选C。固定搭配，需要背下来。

2.这句fear前的this应该是his吧，这样更通一些。他害怕被愚弄，结果真的被愚弄了。

3.第一空根据语义，find是发现的意思，应该做伴随状语，选现在分词形式finding，也可以说是表示结果。found有被动的意思，to find表示有目的性或竟来要发生的，意思不对。

4.如果句末是问号做疑问句选A（B倒装了），句末是句号选C.
