五、水帘喷漆室及防尘室

六、流平室
流平室的作用是使喷漆后喷在工件表面上的漆摊平，并使溶剂挥发一些，以防止烘烤过快而在漆膜上出现针孔。
1、室体采用型钢与钢板焊制而成。
2、室体侧壁设有透明玻璃观察窗及维护门。
3、室体顶部设有废气排放装置，使室内空气保持新鲜。
4、室体内外进行现场喷漆处理，色泽均匀一致，美观大方。
3、综合说明
a、烘干炉设计为桥式烘道。它由加热炉体、热风循环装置、炉内废气排放装置及温控系统等组成。炉体结构采用先进技术设计，外形美观，它具有保温效果好，温差小、升温快、节能等优点。根据漆膜烘干特点，炉体内皮板为镀锌钢板，外表板为特制波纹钢板。
b、炉体设置有排废气装置，工件进出口处设排烟系统排至户外超过屋顶1m以上并配装防雨罩。确保车间工人劳动环境和身体健康。
c、炉体保温材料采用优质岩棉，厚150mm，容重100kg/m3。循环风管采用优质岩棉，厚100mm，容重100kg/m3。确保炉内温度均匀，温差≤±5℃。
d、加热采用天燃气加热炉，具有热效率高、升降温快、使用寿命长，维护方便。加热时从室温升至设定温度加热时间少于45分钟，从而也保证了全线的工作效率。
e、热风循环装置是通过耐高温、可调风量、低噪音插入式风机；热风循环风量调节门；循环管路及热空气过滤等组成。作用是使炉内热空气形成上吸下送风，空气对流循环，温度均匀，温差≤±5℃。确保工件受热均匀、颜色一致，满足产品质量要。
f、温度控制是采用温控仪表来控制炉内温度，具有温差小、寿命长、仪表灵敏度高，使用操作方便。
八、悬挂输送设备
1、流水线采用XT100型，单点吊重120Kg，设计链速为0.5-2.5m/min可调，以满足生产量要求。
