In modern society, one can hardly do without good character. AS a member of SLECC family, enhancing the character is the royal road to be an excellent one. Then, how to do this?
AS far as I am concerned, on one hand, we should honest and loyalty to his company. For one’s honor in or out of company, once said what to do, try one’s best to finish it in the set time.
On other hand , we should treat our fellows kindly and fairly and we can do our work efficiently with this understanding.
After doing those, I am certain of the prefect mood around you. If everyone gives his progress of character, then, the future of the SLECC will be much more brilliant and glorious!
Is a glass half full or half empty?
Whether the glass is half full or half empty has long been a controversial topic. Some people hold that the glass is half full. They believe that half full is a optimistic view. In their opinion, thinking of the half full can encourage themselves. As a result, they may face difficulties bravely and live a happy life.

Compare with our small home, company is the bigger one. There is not only a place where we work and get the salaries. Everybody works here has the common goal where your actions take your organization. for our home slecc, responsibility, loyalty, and devotion are the three special qualities connecting each other.
Frankly, The top will ask of each new task before him: "Who is the best person to be doing this task?" yes, the one who is responsible, it is also based on the special expertise and knowledge that he has of the job. And at the same time Company may provide many opportunities to enhance you for a career that offers a challenge.
