another和other的区别与用法如下：
区别：
表示的含义不同：another表示“总数为三个以上中任意的另一个”，一般情况下表示泛指；而other则表示“别的”、“另外的”。
other后既可接可数名词复数，又可接不可数名词。another一般要接可数名词单数。other可作形容词或代词，做形容词时，意思是“别的，其他”，泛指“其他的（人或物）”。
用法：
