发现几处错误较为明显和频繁。
第一，动词前如果是单数，则动词后要加s,比如 he thinks。
第二，每句的句号前不要空格，句号后空一格。

I have many hobbies in my spare time . I like reading books very much , it gives me knowledge. I like listening to music too , it makes me relax .

I think it is good for people to have hobbies. I have many hobbies during my spare time, such as reading and listening to music. Reading gives me a lot of knowledge while listening to music makes me relaxed. My family has a lot of different hobbies, too. My father likes walking very much because he considers walking as one of the healthiest sports. While my mother prefers writing a lot since it brings her happiness. My grandpa can enjoy himself in playing table tennis as it is the most interesting thing for him. My sister may lost herself in dancing, the most amazing thing that she can ever find. Everyone in my family has different hobbies and hobbies give us dreams.

不知道你这篇文章是要拿到哪里改呢，呵呵，英文写作其实很讲究逻辑，每句话之间都得有联系，大部分的段落是总分（总）结构的，用词简单准确就好，充分表达自己的想法即可。可是中国老师更喜欢难的复杂的句型、词组，越花哨的文章越好。
我把你的句子顺序稍调动了下，这样整个段落看起来就是金字塔型，讲了第一句话后，后面句子去论证，就有了支撑，有了力度，不需要很华丽的词藻、句型，你的想法就是你的观点的最重要的论据。然后确保每句话之间有一定的联系，可以是连接词，也可以简单的就是单词（最好是名词）的重复。
