This is the best reception I’ve ever had in my life
I mean, I just don’t want anyone to get hurt
That’s my worst fear is that somebody’s gonna get hurt

Because of the fact that the crowd could actually push vans over
Finally, they said.
“we gotta make a run for it or it’s gonna get bad”
they cleared it open, get a little space open
they said. “you gotta get in quick or you guys are gonna get crushed”
There is no way to explain Rio except…
We get up to the top of the hotel and we hear…
These screams but we’re not sure how many people are out there
And we get up to the top of the stage area and look over the edge
And I tell you
I, for one, was speechless
We didn’t know what to do or say
It just kept growing and growing as the night went on
That’s something you see for Michael Jackson, not us
And when we found out that there was about 48,000people standing outside
We ended up doing a 30-to-40-minute show…
Based upon just the reception the fans gave us
How good that makes us feel
That our fans are like that to us and they support us so much
You never know what the future holds
A thing like the around-the-world trip
Was a one-time thing of a lifetime
And whether we get an opportunity to do that in the future is yet to be seen.
