本文主要介绍了基于Microsoft Visual Studio2008平台运用C#编程语言开发的电子病历系统。其中详细介绍了系统开发的基本过程，并简单使用了二维数组，接口，类的序列化等等实用的方法来让程序看起来简洁美观。系统主要分为：登陆模块，管理员模块，医生模块和病人模块四个模块。

There are still a lot of hospitals to adopt medical record methods to records patient, and adopt registered to determine the patient's order as before,it such not only waste time and could easily be wrong, also waste paper. After all, the doctor's written expression could not be understanded by everyone, it results some doctorw who have bad medical ethic doctor disorderly prescriptions. Therefore, patient records is necessarily to develop for electronic medical records, and it is particularly important to own a convenient electronic medical records system for hospital.
This paper mainly introduces the electronic medical records systems which based on Microsoft Visual Studio2008 platform and using c# programming language to develop. Which introduces the basic process of system development, and simply using two-dimensional array, interfaces, the serialization of class, etc practical method to make the program looks concise appearance. System mainly divided into: landing module, the administrator module, the doctor module and patient module.
