把not放在一般疑问句的主语之后，即构成一般疑问句的否定结构。
但如用not的简略式n’t，则须将n’t和一般疑问句句首的be,助动词或情态动词写在一起。
例如：
1. Is she not a student?
Isn‘t she a student?
她不是学生吗？
2. Will they not come?
Won‘t they come?
他们不来吗？
3. Can she not do it?
Can‘t she do it?
她做不了吗？

如果 句子是 do动词的 比如 he eat egg。 就变成 does he eat egg。
