Nowadays,with ever increasing pressure of acquiring better education,a great amount of students gain test anxiety.They will encounter various symptoms,such as nervous、lose appetite and have difficulty in falling asleep.Thus,to overcome test anxiety becomes one of the priorities for students who have got to confront numerous examinations.
