不行，不符合地道的英语语言习惯，英语习惯说含有“定语+名词”结构的句子，中文“水是少的”，英语要说“少的水”，如：I have got little water. 或There is little water in the glass.（a little表示“有一点”，是肯定的态度，little表示“没多少”，是否定的态度）。
以此类推：
There are more boys in Class Two than in Class One.
There are a lot of boys in the classroom.
There is a lot of money in the bag. 或I have got a lot of money.（严格来说，a lot of 用于肯定句，many和much用于否定和疑问句，但口语不是太严）

又如，称赞别人汽车漂亮，有以下三种说法，后两种常用：
1. Your car is beautiful.
2. You've got a beautiful car.
3. That's a beautiful car.

学习英语，切记不要字对字翻译，要多听多读多模仿，弄清楚是在什么情景下说什么句子。

当然不可以！后面的形容词应该做提到名词前面做它的定语，即The little water ；The more boys同理。不从语法上追究，单单这样的表达就不地道，完全是中国式英语。

如果要说水很少，最好用less。很多男生，很多钱，可以用therebe句型：there are many boys /much 或a lot of money.
