There is a big disscusion about whether high school students should give gifts to each other. Some people agree. They say giving gifts can express the love between friends, help one make more friends and relax oneself in part times. Others don't agree. They think giving gifts are a waste of money. It also wastes time because you have to try very hard to pick up. So it has bad effect on one's study. My opinion is that we can give some presents to our friends at times, but study is the most important.

RE: earthquake in Sichuan
With deep sorrow , I wish to express my heartfelt regards to the victims of the recent earthquake and their families. I am also very touched by your selfless contributions towards them. May I take this opportunity to bring up some points . Please remind the residents not to throw rubbish around , do not eat unhygienic food, make sure all the food and water must be well cook. Wash their hands frequently especially before meals. I understand that lots of the residents are staying in the tents provided and it is vital for them to maintain indoor ventilation. At this critical moments, it is very important for everyone to keep fit and healthy. so as to rebuild Sichuan . All the best of luck to you all . Good Health and May God bless your kind soul.
