( 1 )番茄蛋汤的做法

食材用料:

番茄 100克、鸡蛋 50克、香菜 10克、鸡粉 10克、水250毫升

胡椒粉 5克、香油 5毫升、盐 5克、淀粉 10克。

做法步骤:

【1】番茄洗净去蒂,顶刀切成0.5厘米厚的薄片;

【2】鸡蛋打入碗中,搅均匀备用;

【3】香菜切沫;

【4】锅中放入清水250毫升;

【5】放入切好的番茄片、加盐、鸡粉、胡椒粉,大火烧开,煮1分钟左右即可,

【6】用10毫升水淀粉勾成薄芡;

【7】撒上鸡蛋液,烧开关火;

【8】把做好的汤盛入碗中,淋上香油,撒香菜沫即可享用。


( 2 )番茄蛋汤的做法

食材用料:

番茄 4个、鸡蛋 4~5个、盐 2~3克、糖 少许、葱花 少许、色拉油 少许。

做法步骤:

【1】番茄洗净,切小块;

【2】锅烧热放少许油,下番茄进行翻炒;

【3】加一点盐帮助番茄出水,喜欢汤浓一点的就多炒一下;

【4】加入适量清水,没过番茄;

【5】加少许糖调味;

【6】水开后把泡沫打掉;

【7】倒入打散的蛋液,鸡蛋煮熟即可;

【8】一道酸甜可口的番茄鸡蛋汤就做好了,即可享用。

小贴士

西红柿分为粉色和红色:红色西红柿含有的糖量,酸性物质都很多,滋味也比较浓郁。而相对应的粉色西红柿,含糖量很低,酸性比较小,味道相对比较淡。生吃的话,建议选购粉红色的;如果是用其做菜的话,还是选用大红色的,这种西红柿滋味比较浓,不管是做汤还是炒鸡蛋,风味更好一些。

The way to cook the  tomato-and-egg soup

    Prepare two eggs, two tomatoes, some chicken soup,some seaweed,some starch liquid,a little salt and some vegetable oil.

    Crack open the two eggs in a bowl and cut up the tamatoes.

    Put a pot  on the gas burner and turn it on. Put some vegetable oil into the pot.

    After the oil is hot, put the tomatoes cut up into the pot and stir them for several minutes.

    Pour some chicken soup and some seawood  into the pot and add some hot water to the soup.

    After the soup is boiling, turn down the gas burner. Slowly and evenly, pour the egg liquid into the soup without a stir. 

    After about one minute, turn up the gas burner. After the soup is boiling, pour the starch liquid into the pot and stir the soup with a scoop for half a minute. 

    Add a little salt to the soup and turn off the gas burner. The tomato-and-egg soup is ready now.
